I cannot install firefox. the last release never completed. I tried uninstalling but the reinstall still does not complete I get a message 'Hmm for some reason we could not install firefox. Choose OK to start over. Still doesn't work. Windows 10 64 bit with zone alarm internet security, all been installed ant operational with previous versions.

HI if have not saved a copy of your Profile please do :

Please make sure there are no instances of Firefox running in the Task manager. Then please run this : https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html If it does not find anything please go through your drive C: and Delete all Mozilla folders. Install from here :

Turn of your Firewall or A/V for the install. Have a scan by https://www.malwarebytes.com/ also.

Tweaked it a little. Turned of anti virus, searched and stripped out all firefox folders, I use thunderbird for mail so 'mozilla' was to general. reinstalled and is working. turned AV and security back on , ran full scan all ok and still working. Thank you
