Sent emails returned as not read and deleted
After sending an email I get a message in my Inbox, eg. Subject Not read: Inner Wheel - Your message to ........................ subject .......................................... sent -date- was deleted on ..............................

Thunderbird did its job. It delivered the message to your providers SMTP server. What happens next is out of Thunderbird's control.
You might ask your email provider to explain.
Just curious... Is this for everything you send? Does it seem to be related to a message that you actually sent?
Thanks for the reply. This is not happening to every email, just the occasional one. The message always relates to a message that I actually sent and that message appears In my 'sent' folder. I am getting this message within 30 minutes of sending the original email.
I would ask your provider if they know where that error was coming from and who rejected it.
Is there more to the error that says what server rejected it? Not that I can help but I have not seen that error before.
This is the total text of the message. I am contacting my server to see if they have any suggestions or solutions.

I'd did a search on...
manual-action/MDN-sent-manually; deleted
It brought back some info that seems to point to Delivery Status Notifications and Return Receipts. You might try that and see if any of that info helps. Are you adding DNS requests to your sent mail?
