Downloaded Firefox as my browser. Don't have a smartphone nor am I on facebook or twitter. Is there a phone # for Firefox if I have problems?
First of all I'm about as "non-techy" as they come. Please keep that in mind. If my internet access is down, I obviously cannot go online to contact Firefox with problems. If I have problems, then what? Is contacting Firefox by phone possible? If not, I'll have to change to another browser. If so, what is the #?
Are there no professional agents available when help is needed? Thanks.

Sorry, there is not a phone number. If you look for one they are all scam sites. This is the Official Firefox Volunteer Support Site, Contact Us for any issues.
If you internet goes down it probably is not a Firefox issue and is your ISP.
Hi Presby, if Firefox says it cannot connect to the internet, it's a good idea to test using Internet Explorer or another browser. You could save these articles "just in case":
If your web goes down, we can't do anything. But if there is a problem with Firefox, you can always use Win IE.
