Can you send me my bookmarks from your server please?

Hi I have a Mozilla account which is synced using a different email address. Unfortunately I cannot remember my password and I was unaware that if I reset my password it wipes all of the data from your server. I didn't export my bookmarks as html as I thought I could sign in again. I had to reinstall Windows to a previous version which means everything has gone. My computer was the only device where I was using Mozilla. Is there any chance at all for you to send me my bookmarks please from your server? I would be so grateful if you could.

Sorry to hear about your data loss. Do you have any backups of your system?

Also, depending on how you did the roll-back, Windows might have stored some of your old data under:

C:\Windows.old

Do you see anything like that? Your Firefox profile is in a hidden folder, so you may need to set Windows to show hidden files and folders in order to explore your backup or the C:\Windows.old folder.

Posting email is going to get botnet SPAM. Also they can't send your bookmarks if they can find it to another different email because no one can verify whom is receiving it. They would send it to registered email address only they can't forward to unknown email address.

WestEnd - Thank you for letting me know about posting my email address (I thought I was sending my question to an inbox not a forum)

jscher2000 - You are a genius!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I found the windows.old folder and after some digging found my bookmarks, I copied them to the current profile folder and then restored the bookmarks. Thank you so much for your help.
