Firestick is stuck on the Firefox browser

Hi,

To access YouTube on my Amazon Firestick, I have been running it from within the Firefox browser. This was recommended by Amazon after Google blocked the native YouTube app on the Firestick.

However, recently, YouTube has become stuck as the only app I can view on the Firestick.

Is there a way to reset my Firestick? Unplugging it and replugging it has no effect.

Hi

If you press the three line button on your Fire TV remote, the Firefox for Fire TV sidebar should be displayed. This will allow you to return to the home page or search for more content.

I hope this resolves the issue, but if not please me know and we can look into resetting the app completely for you.
