Notes emptied and refused to let me enter anything AFTER I stupidly let windows 10 update my pc because other things were not working properly. i KNOW IT IS A TEST THING. AND IT IS AFTER NOV.
It would have been nice if you warned me (if you did this.
However, can I reinstall it? You have many apps and I don't know which to try.
I had to enter a different email because you wouldn't load original.

If contacted before one time only in 24hrs they lock it up.

Sorry I don't understand that answer. I am not talking about synching. I would just like the foxfire notes thing back. I doubt I will see the actual contents again.
What do they lock up? I am not a tech wiz just an ordinary Grandmother.
When you go to the installing site, there are many "note" things there.

First time answer was not correct.
Volunteer Support are not told everything or much.
Your Notes addon was Marked in Tools --> addons for 6mos with Black Letters stating LEGACY and were in a Bright Yellow Box.
I am sorry you lost your Notes. I would not have any idea what the name of that was. I did look and seems the 2 popular ones that worked before do not now. Please start typing notes in to the search box in this https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/extensions/ you will have to find a Alternative. Might be good to copy/paste the word notes as the search does not like remembering when you go back to look at another or stay and search and does not open up a window to show all of them.
I hope you find a suitable replacement.
