When I am doing my stuff around the internet, I am interrupted with a screen stating to login with user name or password and it doesn't even go away i just keep clicking resend or cancel, only for it to popup back in an instant. This scree link tells something like an antivirus scan or something. Is my browser safe, or is it hacked I am just confused, is my privacy still protected. And what are the things i need to prevent these things from happening in future.

hello, this is a scam tactic that is trying to trick you into installing malware, so don't download or execute this kind of stuff! unfortunately this is most commonly triggered by "malvertising" (malicious ads embedded on otherwise legitimate pages that redirect you to the scamming page).

installing an adblocking addon like https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/ should help against this.
