Will Mozilla PLEASE enable New versions of Firefox Android to be installed on external SD cards?
It is soooooo frustrating to be dedicated to Firefox for a decade and see it unaware of the IMMENSE GROWTH OF ANDROID OS. Which takes up on many. AFFORDABLE New phones the bulk of internal memory. So we add a 32 or 64GBP of external class 10 SDK card. To find that Firefox won't allow itself to be moved to the external SD card!!!! Preferred. If this is a security problem, please let us users decide whether we are willing to risk it. Or be forced to commit to another browser,

Hi
I fully understand what you mean and I know a little about this issue.
The functionality you mention was removed from Firefox for Android as it was causing other issues and instability in the app.

I had to leave FF because of this problem. I am very sorry. I partitioned my SD card for using as "extended internal" storage on Marshmallow. I thought that FF will be allowed to move to this "internal-external" place. But no such opportunity now. Please consider this as a compromised solution. Then I promise to come back to FF again.
