Malwarebytes has gone nuts since 57.0 install this morning. Any thoughts?

Since 57.0 came up this morning, I've had hundreds of pop-ups from Malwarebytes "detecting malicious site".

There are three different domains named (maybe more): GN.symcd.com, GV.symcd.com, and GT.symcd.com, all from IP 23.65.11.27

I also had a tab open, with something about a 'critical fix' for Firefox--but the name "Mozilla" was spelled with only one "L"...a bit snaky, eh?

Wassup???

It is a false positive. Do a manual update of Maywarebytes database. It should solve the problem.

Good catch on the malicious fake Firefox update!

The "new" Firefox also does NOT like my.yahoo.com. Hope their security guys catch up with Yahoo's custom-user-interface--which is my.yahoo.com

You should open another help request for the my.yahoo.com problem as you have marked this request as solved, so it is unlikely that anyone else will see your second problem.

I have seen many other people also reporting problems on that site. Hopefully someone who knows how to fix that will respond to you.
