How can I refresh a page on Firefox for Android?
I don't know how to refresh a page on my Android phone.

That is only true of some pages such as Twitter. Firefox for Android does not have pull to refresh.
To reload a page tap the 3 dot menu in the upper right and then in the menu that appears press the reload button. You can force a completely clean load of the page by long pressing on the reload button.

Just tap and scroll the page for reload....ie Touch anywhere on page and move the finger to downwords and release when you see a circle icon at the top. It will refresh your current page
