Please describe your issue as your statement can reflect on many issues and there are many ways to fix each issue.
It could be that since Microsoft is not providing the support for Win 7 as it should you are experiencing issues to that or that all your drivers are not up to date or current or that maybe they can not be as your system is older.
Try moving to the Extended Release Version : https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/organizations/
Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
I don't think so re Win7 and the crashes...Chrome and IE work fine. To me, that makes it a Mozilla problem. They've had major java script problems for over a year now on such obscure sites as Amazon.com that they did nothing to address. Now this.

Well try this since you say your crashing and we will look at your crash report : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/firefox-crashes-asking-support
If you actually have a Support Issue then we will be glad to help you. As to what you have posted so far has been interrupting the Volunteers here in Support from helping people that need a solution to a solvable issue.
If so please detail your issue so that Volunteers can help you.
If want to continue your messages as they are try here : https://qsurvey.mozilla.com/s3/FirefoxInput/
Further messages for non Support Issues will be flagged as spam.

Apologies. To be honest, I didn't realize you were volunteers. I thought this was Mozilla employees. It's wonderful of all of you to volunteer to help us. No more such posts from me, and thanks for helping me out.
