Can't logon to Google mail.
I was prompted to change my Google mail password from a remote location on my laptop. Now, Mozilla Thunderbird can't logon to Google mail using this new password.
Chosen solution
Try to delete the password Thunderbird has remembered. You'll then be prompted for the password the next time it's needed.
At the top right of the Thunderbird window, click the menu button > Options > Security > Passwords > Saved Passwords.
