It is not possible to disable private browsing, and even if it was, it's extremely easy to just use it in another browser. I'm assuming you are wanting to monitor surfing of children or employees?

They can use other techniques such as:

  • Using another browser (all browsers have a Private browsing feature)
  • Clearing their history
  • Creating a new profile
  • many other ways.

If you want to monitor web traffic (and it is legal to do so in your jurisdiction) you are better off installing software on your computer to do so, or your router. They can also be worked around, but less easily.
