firefox Bug with dropbox / big pdf file

I regularly have a very annoying bug which can be seen in the following video (sorry for the non-open server) : https://youtu.be/juFL_k2gbc8 the bug affects all Firefox application (not only the open tab with dropbox, but all tabs, even if there are in different windows or different desktops) I suspect it is caused by the size of the open file in dropbox (about 15Mo)

It does not cause Firefox to crash and it can sometimes be temporary. Anyways, I think it stops when I close the incriminated tab.

Does anyone does have this particular problem ?

I seemed to have forgotten some details of my configuration : My computer runs Windows 10 and has two monitors :

the integrated on of the laptop (1080p) an extern monitor (1440p)

I seem to have those blinks and black screen even if dropbox is not open, so I really don't know the reproducibility of the bug.
