Chosen solution

RAMBack 1.0.1-signed.1-signed (ramback@pavlov.net) Shield Recipe Client 1.0.0 (shield-recipe-client@mozilla.org) Video DownloadHelper 6.3.1 ({b9db16a4-6edc-47ec-a1f4-b86292ed211d})

I would think that these are taking a chunk out of your ram also. What about disabling them when not using them I can not advocate any plugins but there are some interesting ones such as fat-free firefox or the like that maybe of some help.

Adblock+ extension is redundant to uBlock. You really shouldn't use both.

Remove Abp+ and check again.
