I have had no emails for 2 days. When I try to send an email I get a response from the mail server verification failed. Unrouteable address. I have also tried different email addresses to send. Same response. I also talked with InMotionHosting and they cannot solve the issue. I ran Reimage and did the repair. Still having the same problem. Appreciate help.

You posted in the Firefox support fora queue. Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser.

If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail" such as Yahoo!Mail or Gmail. You need to seek support from your service provider or a forum for that service.

If your problem is with Thunderbird, please post in the Thunderbird forum.

Resolved. It was a file server issue at Inmotion Hosting.
