The Union Pay website seems to think the software hasn't installed. It won't let me enter a PIN number, it just keeps asking me to install the security control. It is not showing up in extensions either--i'm not sure if it works as a plug-in or not. According to services on the Task Manager, the software is running.

What's your computer system and Firefox version?

Install Older Version Of Firefox {web link} Be sure to read everything here.

If you still want to downgrade, look under; I still want to downgrade. Click the Directory of other versions and languages link. Look for the directory of the version that you want. But, remember that old versions may have security issues.

Hey thanks! HP Pro-Book 450 G1 Windows 8 Pro 64-bit / 53.0.2 --32 bit Yeah I will have a look at what you suggest. It is probably some other issue on my computer, as I have been getting a lot of "not responding" recently. The not responding seemed to start after I bought some new bluetooth headphones, but that may be co-incidence perhaps.

As a test, disable that software.
