Windows 10 is now telling me that Firefox drains my battery faster and I need to switch to MS Edge.
This just started popping up on my laptop after my last update.

hi, it's unfortunate that microsoft uses these kind of fear tactics and selective claims to try and push their own products on their operating system. you can disable these kind of advertisements by going into the start menu > settings > system > notifications & actions and switching off the preference "get tips, tricks and suggestions".
The Edge browser might be more energy efficient: it is a modern design that doesn't include support for all of the bells and whistles of Firefox and other browsers with a long track record. I prefer to have those bells and whistles, so Edge really isn't an option for me.
