This issue can currently be solved by disabling hardware acceleration on Firefox.

The developers need your help to solve this issue. If possible, can you please enter about:support in the Firefox address bar. This page contains information about your system and Firefox. Please click the Copy Text To Clipboard button, and paste the information into this thread. This will help the developers to discover the cause of the issue and create a potential patch.

hi, this isn't exactly bug 1304360 (the underlying cause there got disabled in firefox 49 & 50), but something that looks similar...

the data from about:support would indeed be helpful though!

Also please Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?
