Well.. your question started with "What is an html file?", so you got an answer to that question. Moving on...

I think both Firefox and Pale Moon probably work very similarly when it comes to exporting and importing bookmarks. Here are some articles detailing the steps:

Note: After importing, the bookmarks will not be in their original positions, they will be in a folder called Imported Bookmarks. You can use the Library dialog to rearrange your bookmarks into the desired locations. Either:

  • Ctrl+Shift+b
  • "Show All Bookmarks"

Look for Imported Bookmarks on the Bookmarks Menu. If not there, check the Other Bookmarks category. You can switch between the categories using the list on the left side of the Library dialog.

Does it work?

Hi  !

Firstly,   HTML   is short for   'Hyper Text Markup Language',   which means, that it is a language for describing web-pages using ordinary text. HTML   is   not   a complex programming language. Every web-page is actually a   HTML file. Each   HTML file is just a plain-text file, but with a   .html file extension instead of   .txt,   and is made up of many   HTML tags, as well as the content for a web-page. A web-site will often contain many HTML files that link to eacht other. You can edit   HTML files with your favourite editor.
HTML files can also reference to other files like video,   CSS,   or   JS files. Any web browser will open and properly display   HTML files. In other words:   opening one of these files in a browser will   'decode'   what the   HTML file is describing.

This info don't fix my problem, because I don't understand almost nothing about PCs (I only know the basic of the basic and some notions of security). Please, describe to me, in layman terms, how I can import bookmarks from Pale Moon to the Firefox.

I asked for a explanation in layman terms -- I don't ask for links... to worsen the things, I changed idea about importing my bookmarks from the Pale Moon to the Firefox -- and all thanks to the damn Firefox, that made my PC turn off while I was watching a video on YouTube -- the kind of thing that never would happen in the Pale Moon, once that it still uses Flash...

The worst thing that ever happened to Firefox was this stupid idea of making it compatible with that useless html5. That crap is worthless. :(

If you do not like using the HTML5 video player in Firefox, you can either:

(1) Disable it, or

(2) Use an add-on which tricks sites into using Flash (these might only be available for YouTube)

But if your computer turned off while playing a video, most likely Firefox is not compatible with your graphics card driver software. Here's another link you might not like: Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL.

My PC is a simple one. It uses Integrated Graphics and, as far as know, it don't have any graphic card.

My PC:

CPU Intel Core i3-2120; 8 GB memory; DVD-RW; Windows 10 and 500 GB HD.

Like I said, I only use it to browse the Internet and play some (ver simple) games. :(

You want to know a secret ,   just between you and I   ?
I don't understand half of it,  either   !

I was lazy. I usually write graphics card/chipset. The concept is the same: you have a graphics processing unit (GPU) that can help with intensive computations, but Firefox isn't always compatible with the driver software for using the GPU.

Well, so I think I'll have to try to upgrade my driver software, right? I only hope that works and my nightmare with this stupid html5 finally come to an end (I like Pale Moon, but I still prefer Firefox). :(

EDIT:I updated my graphics driver it was in the version 8 and now I downloaded the more recent version. Let's hope that will fix my problem.
