import favorites from windows files to linux

Hello,

I have a dead windows machine that I copied its content by using rsync to a linux machine (mint) How do I get back my favorites to the live linux machine? I dont have a backup or html file. What is the location of the favorite file content?

Hi, That was helpful - thank you for directing me to the right article.

For future reference- here is the location for faster access 

   C:\Users\<Windows login/user name>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profile folder>.

then you just import from backup.
