Hey guys,

I can't find a direct support option but I urgently require my account unblocked for immediate use.

I have accidentally inputted my password wrong a few times due to keyboard layout issues (fresh install) and now I am unable to access my account.

I presume this would be in a similar style to active directory when unlocking accounts so if someone could, please flip the magical switch as I don't wish to be left waiting hours / days.

What are you trying to log into?

Locking an account because of wrong passwords is normal for security reasons. You will have to wait for a time for the account to be unlocked. Each site has its own settings on this issue.
