cannot create add-on favorites or add-on collections

finding my way around the firefox website has gotten impossible. Just to get to the add-on's section took 15 minutes. You have made it more complicated than it's worth. However, I can no longer add any add-ons to my list of favorites nor can i add any to a collection. Yes, i have signed in and my firefox account is valid. What happened to the little red heart that i could click in the past to add any particular add-on to my personal list of favorites? Why can I no longer create collections? Where did these functions go? I am using the latest, most up to date version of Firefox...

... you still haven't explained why I have to post it somewhere else.

This forum is for Firefox support. Add-ons support is hosted at a different website and a mostly different group of volunteer contributors provide support for Add-ons. I happen to monitor both support fora.

As far a getting support for the Add-ons website, it's just a matter of scrolling to the bottom of the Add-ons pages to find the links to the various "Add-on" support areas: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/ see the screenshot

at the bottom, where it says get to know ADD-ONS - - About Blog Developer Hub FAQ Forum

Forum will take you here: https://discourse.mozilla-community.org/c/add-ons

As far as getting to "My Collections" when you are logged in at the Add-ons website. You have to be logged in and see your username at the top to be able to see "My Collections".

Hover over your username at the top of the Add-ons pages to see a drop-down menu. My Profile - Account Settings - My Collections - Log Out

A bit different that it was at the beginning of 2016 before the visual fresh of the Add-ons website, but still a 'standard' arrangement for hiding a "onhover" menu.

This is just what I mean. It took me a half hour to get to this point because nothing is easy with trying to get help with an issue and all you can do is tell me to post my question somewhere else??????? Then what the hell is the point of this support forum if there is no support? Why don't you clearly spell out what the purpose of this forum is? Why is there a section for support with add ons when you won't provide such support? You are about as useful as tits on a bull! I just knew I wouldn't get any help and you certainly proved it.

again. you still haven't explained Fred, why I have to post it somewhere else. All the support links in this entire useless browser point here, no where else. so why can't you either help me or explain to me why i have to post it somewhere else? AGAIN. ALL THE SUPPORT LINKS POINT HERE. NO WHERE ELSE. THAT'S WHY I POSTED HERE.
