I try to see videos or view sites from my e-mails and get an error about plug-ins not responding.

Chosen solution

Some suspect the newly upgraded flash is the cause. Type about:addons<enter> in the address bar to open your Add-ons Manager. Hot key; <Control>(Mac=<Command>)<Shift> A)

On the left side of the page, select Plugins. Set the flash plugin to Ask.

The videos still won't load or play. The "loading" circle just keeps going around and around

The solution worked for some videos, but when I went to weather.com and clicked on one of their videos, the "loading" circle went round and round for about 10 minutes before I just got offline.

I went to that link and tried several pages. But, my download manager programs found no clips. I recommend you contact their support.
