There is a blue bar at the top of Mozilla's window (where it says "Google - Mozilla Firefox" on the image). I've tried removing all bars but it's still there, even when i'm in fullscreen. It seems like Mozilla is in windowed mode all the time. I wasn't able to upload my screenshot so here is a link to the image: http://imgur.com/TcU18nc

Chosen solution

That is the Windows title bar.

You can toggle the title bar on/off via the "Title Bar" button at the bottom left in the Customize palette window.
