The vast majority of Extensions hosted at addons.mozilla.org are by a third-party author(s) unless it has say Mozilla or Mozilla Labs listed as author. .

The Ghostery extension author only has 5.4.10 for Android Firefox while the more recent Ghostery releases have been for desktop Firefox and SeaMonkey.

Ghostery is an add-on that is developed outside of Mozilla. I recommend that you contact the developer who may be able to provide support and assistance in this matter.
