After my computer crashed (most desktop icons and some programs was destroyed/deleted and required rebuilding). Before and after desktop rebuild I continued getting the error below.

I do not have this problem with another computer on the same home network. I am using Windows 7 home version on an HP desktop.

Deleted Firefox and downloaded the latest version of Firefox using Chrome,, Firefox continues to give error "Your connection is not Secure" after doing a single successful search after a reboot (which usually works). Tried changing options in Firefox to "No Proxy" to no avail. Typing a link directly into Firefox sometimes works (but not always). Biggest problem is in doing searches or clicking on a link.

What do I try next to avoid this problem and getting into a site which is obviously certified?

Changing the options in my Kaspersky software seemed, at least for the time being, to have solved the problem. Will readdress the issue if it did not- long term.

Thanks for the near immediate response and help !
