Sync isn't pulling up my bookmarks, or anything for that matter
Hello all! I just reset my laptop to clear some things out. You know, as we generally do. I thought when I signed into Firefox it would be simple and smooth, get all my bookmarks back, etc. However, this is not the case. Does anyone know what this could be?

Did you happen to change your Sync Password when attempting to reconnect to Sync?

I think I did change my password, but I don't rememeber.

Sorry, but if you did Reset your Sync Password, your data was cleared from the Sync server. And that may be why you can't get your bookmarks back now.
Overall, Sync was not intended to be a backup medium, to be used for keeping a "backup" of Firefox data when resetting Windows.

Ah ok then! So if I have another computer has all the bookmarks, do you think it will work?
Yes, but you need to change your Password on the other device to match what is now used for Sync.
