I use webmail Zimbra at work and GoDaddy webmail at home. For the past 3-4 weeks, I have not been able to attach files larger than about 500k to my Zimbra email using FireFox, but have no problem uploading same files using Chrome. I have cleared my cache and temp files using CCleaner, and have uninstalled and reinstalled FireFox. Today, I find I also cannot attach the same files to a GoDaddy email. I first encountered the problem when uploading a documentation file that I have routinely distributed via email several times a month for past 2-3 years. Office PC is Dell running Windows 7.

hi EEHA, are you running "trusteer" software on your device by chance? it has been identified as a cause for many upload issues recently... see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1102907 for example.

Yes, I have had Trusteer installed for 2-3 years without problem. It was required for access to bank accounts, but we recently switched to another bank without that requirement so I had been planning to remove anyway.
