What has happened to the spam filter? A lot of messages previously blocked are now getting through to my inbox.
In the past 24 hours, junk mail which has previously gone straight to my spam folder is now appearing in my inbox. I have not made any adjustments or alterations to my settings. I use firefox on windows 8.1 but it is also happening on my windows 7 PC.

Some e-mail providers have an option to sort incoming mail. Check with your provider.
