Unable to write the email to the mailbox. Make sure the file system allows you write privileges, and you have enough disk space to copy the mailbox.

How do I make sure the file system gives me write privileges? This started last night on my Dell desktop running Windows 10, I also have a Dell laptop running Windows 10 and my emails come in on it without any problem, but the desktop is my maion computer so I need to get my emails on it working. Please respond ASAP with whatever else you might need from me
