How can I get to Firefox without dealing with AdAware?

When I log on to Firefox, AdAware page appears. I don't want to connect to it and when I close the page, Firefox disappears. Hos can I get past this?

Your Windows XP operating system has been retired and there is no more support nor security updates nor fixes from Microsoft.

As such, it is likely that your computer does not have all the critical updates and critical corrective Hotfixes for the proper functioning of the latest Windows update.

also get an antivirus that can actually help your pc to protect from such an adware. you should good to go! :)
