TB won't DL msgs - Will DL one msg, same one, think I have virus?
Trying to DL, see "X" messages, but only receiving one message -- same one -- over and over. Have not opened it. It says it is from "Ivan." The Re Line says "Baby." Don't know anyone by that name. Think there might be a virus in it or something or system is otherwise infected.
I have searched forum and help files, have cold booted, have tried removing all add ons, have turned off virus and firewall. Don't know what else to try. I am not a power user. I understand stuff, so I am not a beginner, so I can follow instructions for fixing register, etc., but need specific help.
