No it doesn't but perhaps we can help further if you could tell us:

1. What you were trying to accomplish by clearing the cache?
2. your android tablet or phone make and model
3. your version of Firefox for Android. We recommend you use the latest Firefox for Android 42 that was released Tue Nov 3
4. your android operating system version (e.g. lollipop 5, kitkat 4.3 etc)
5. what you did, what happened and what happened.

I am using a Samsung Note 4 on the Verizon network, and the phone is running Android 5.0.1. and the Firefox app is version 42.

Al I was is for the Firefox app to stop automatically downloading mail.
