When Mozilla support sends a reply to my Hotmail account it contains two links. One is "This doesn't solve my problem" the other is "browse for unsolved questions and help a Firefox User". In the Nightly browser, if I click on either of these the browser freezes. No other tab can be opened; the back arrow cannot be used; the refresh symbol does not work; and Nightly can only be closed from the Task manager. Worse, if it is left open it disables other applications. While the task manager is open, if it is moved, it leaves a trail of repeated copies of itself. If Quicken is closed part of the display remains on the screen. Even using CTL+ALT+DEL to refresh the screen and asking only to open the task manager does not resolve this problem. Am I REALLY part of a Beta test or did you all just skip Alpha and give us anything that looked like it could be called a browser?

Chosen solution

Hi

At the moment, you appear to be using the Nightly version of Firefox, this is one version prior to Developer and two versions prior to Beta so is likely to contain random issues as it is still work in progress.

I recommend that you file a bug through Bugzilla so that this can be looked into.

The very slow solutions have, for the moment, forced me to use Pale Moon, which is 64 bit, Mozilla based , and not as buggy.
