Website panels bleeding into each other - not on other browsers

more options

I've attached and example. The web-site is www.itsmf.org.za

When I look at it on Safari, or Chrome, or Opera, it is fine, but it bleeds, in this way, with firefox.

I'm running firefox: 41.0.1 I'm running OS/X: 10.11 (15A284)

Any suggestions to fix this would be gratefully recieved!

The image is not being downsized effectively to fit in the space available. (Screen shot attached, right-click the image > Inspect Element.) Not sure if this is something that the person putting the image into the page had to compute or a problem in Joomla itself, but it's about 100 pixels too wide.

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache.

  • Clear the Cache and
  • Remove Cookies
Warning ! ! This will log you out of sites you're logged in to.

Type about:preferences<Enter> in the address bar.

  • Cookies; Select Privacy. Under History, select Firefox will Use Custom Settings. Press the button on the right side called Show Cookies. Use the search bar to look for the site. Note; There may be more than one entry. Remove All of them.
  • Cache; Select Advanced > Network. Across from Cached Web Content, Press Clear Now.

If there is still a problem, Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} While you are in safe mode;

Type about:preferences#advanced<Enter> in the address bar.

Under Advanced, Select General. Look for and turn off Use Hardware Acceleration.

Poke around safe web sites. Are there any problems?

Then restart.

Thank you for those suggestions. I've tried them all.

It's useful, for the future, to know about safe mode.

Unfortunately, the web-page still bleeds in exactly the same way.
