Hi If you open your Address Book, select '''All Address Books''' on the left hand side, then select '''Tools''', then '''Export''', you have the ability to save the address book in a format you can restore at a later date. If you wish to make a paper copy of your address book, select the address book in question (or All Address Books), then select '''File''' where you will be able to see '''Print Address Book''' and '''Print Preview Address Book''' options. If you are looking to back up your emails and calendar entries, you may wish to take a back up of your Thunderbird Profile.
