Hi,

Firefox keeps crashing every time I try to open it. It just goes straight to crash report. This is my latest Crash ID: bp-1c92db03-24b5-46ec-b0b7-4899e2150924. It won't open in safe mode. The profile manager won't open. They both just go straight to crash report. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling it. I've tried scanning for viruses using Norton, Malwarebytes and SuperAntiSpyware. Nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Cheers

Sorry to hear about the crashes, and thank you for the crash report ID.

The crash "signature" in your report has been linked to a problem involving Applian Technologies' Freecorder program in combination with popular security software (e.g., Norton, which you mention that you use and shows up in your crash report).

If you have the Freecorder program and it isn't essential, try uninstalling it and then restarting Windows to ensure that none of its components are left running.

Will Firefox start normally after that?
