Today I decided to add a new device- my mobile with Android. Everything was ok- until i saw what happend on my PC... everthing, excuse me, fu**d up. Bookmarks and folders changed order. Also inside one of folders bookmarks are in different order than before. That's not all. Some bookmarks in this folder are duplicated! I'm not sure, but it seems that there are old bookmarks, deleted long ago. I'm totally dissatisfied with Firefox Sync... Is there any way to back up some earlier state?

Hello

So sorry about this. it can get messy sometimes. This is something that is still in the works.

Firefox automatically saves bookmark backups. Restore a backup from prior to when you set up Sync.

check https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/restore-bookmarks-from-backup-or-move-them#w_restoring-from-backups

Also you can unlink the list device you added to syn

Use this button at the bottom of the Sync window to unlink the device.

Kindly let us know how this works out.

Restoration from backup helped a lot. Of course there are loses, but at least most of our bookmarks are back. I didn't realize, but one of the folders was missing. But now it's ok. First I restored the backup of 12th September (the day when I added Android device) but... it just deleted everything. Nice. But the copy of 8th September fixed my problems. Thank you for your help!
