When will Firefox for Mac OS X have the Adobe Primetime CDM necessary to play Netflix with HTML5?
It is in the 32 bit version for Windows already, but not available on Mac OS X.

There is no concrete plan, but expect it soon. Note that netflix then still has to enable HTML5 on their end, so just because Firefox is ready for it doesn't mean it will work instantly.
