I am running windows 7 with sp1. My Firefox keeps crashing even after I installed the latest version. I have now gone back to and older version with the same problems. I can open Firefox no problem but after it has been open for a few hours it starts to freeze and wont reopen until it is shut down. It freezes during changing from one tab to another. Facebook and if I have a tab open playing internet music it will freeze. I have reported this problem a number of time with the crash report but you are not giving me any answers to my problem. It seems that the latest version of Firefox have gone backwards in quality. I may have to start using another explorer if this continues. Could someone please be good enough to response to my problem.

Some of your crash reports weren’t sent to the Mozilla Servers.
In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it and select Submit.
Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.

That looks like hangs in the Shockwave Flash plugin.
- Process Type plugin Shockwave Flash Version:18.0.0.209 Filename:NPSWF32_18_0_0_209.dll
Try to update to the latest Flash player.
You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:
- make sure you have the latest Flash version:
http://www.adobe.com/special/products/flashplayer/fp_distribution3.html - check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration - disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
- disable hardware acceleration in Firefox
