Deleted Firefox from Windows 7 desktop by mistake. Downloaded Fox from Mozilla. File was "Firefox Setup Stub 40-0-2-exe". Download came to Download "area:. Did "Run", opened up window asking which program to use to open Firefox.

Try to download the full installer instead of the small stub download:
- Download the Firefox installer and save the file to the desktop
