Hi...

Is it just me, or do the browser maximize / minimize buttons no longer function?

Thanks...

Andy

Chosen solution

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window

Hi !

Thanks! That was lightning-quick! It was indeed an appearance plugin - FX CHROME. Apparently, they have an issue - I'll try to ping the author.

Thanks again!

I have the same problem with the Red Cats (Blue Flavor) theme by Red_Fat_Lazy_Cat. No minimize-maximize-close buttons on Menu Bar, but a right click in the upper right reveals them in a context menu. Enabling the default theme is a fix, so I have contacted the Red Cats developer. Wish I could find a workaround in the meantime...
