can't change homepage, yahoo keeps popping up

tried changing homepage, blank, mozilla, others. When i close and reopen mozilla browzer the yahoo homepage is the only one that appears. It came with the mozilla download. I already deleted it from the settings, but it keeps popping up. I tried the suggested one on website.

Are you sure you have not downloaded adware or something?

Try to use CCleaner, and if that doesn't work I will suggest you to try AdwCleaner (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/)

You should also do a virus scan!

the "ccleaner" located 3 adware on the Mozilla software. It now allows me to put my own Home page. thank you.
