When I used to right-click on my Windows 7 64-bit, it would show all recent sites I visited so I could go to the site directly

Chosen solution

Actually it is a mix between Windows and Firefox features.

  • Check advanced configuration of Firefox:
    1. Type about:config in the address bar, press Enter and accept the warning
    2. Search browser.taskbar, you should have 10 lines
    3. Check the following lines are true : lists.enabled, lists.frequent.enabled, lists.recent.enabled (if not, just double-click on false to change)
    4. Check the value for lists.maxListItemCount (7 by default)
  • Check Windows toolbar configuration
    1. Right-click on a blank space of the Windows toolbar and click on Properties
    2. Select Jump List panel and check the number of elements
    3. If necessary, change the value and save with Apply
