Unable to access web site flyingtogether.ual.com on Firefox for last couple of days. Following error message pops us when trying: error occurred during connection to united.com. SSL received weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellmanm Key in server key exchange handshake message (error code: SSL_error_weak_server_ephemeral-DH-key).

The page you are trying to view cannot be shown because the authenticity of the received data could not be verified.

No problem accessing same site on Safari.

hi danfrank, this means that the webserver you're trying to reach is vulnerable to the recently published logjam attack and therefore firefox won't connect: http://arstechnica.com/security/2015/05/https-crippling-attack-threatens-tens-of-thousands-of-web-and-mail-servers/

please report that to webmaster of the site in question to fix that issue...

What if you set both of these to false in about:config:

security.ssl3.dhe_rsa_aes_128_sha security.ssl3.dhe_rsa_aes_256_sha

Are you able to connect with those ciphers disabled?

Edit: More complete steps if my reference to about:config was gibberish to you:

(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter/Return. Click the button promising to be careful.

(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste dhe and pause while the list is filtered

(3) Double-click the security.ssl3.dhe_rsa_aes_128_sha preference to switch it from true to false

(4) Double-click the security.ssl3.dhe_rsa_aes_256_sha preference to switch it from true to false
