I don't know where to put in www.electrabel.be as a save website, so I don't receive further submenu that this site from www.electrabel.be is not saved... I cannot find where to put in this save website, normally via Internet options - Trusted websites etc...

Via IE11, I can put in new saved sites, but not via Firefox for the moment...

Many thanks in advance for solution.

Kind regards, Freddy Van De Velde

Could you describe the message you are getting from Firefox in more detail?

For example, are you getting a secure certificate error? If so, the error page might have a "Technical Details" section that lists the specific reason that Firefox is objecting to the certificate. Could you copy/paste that into a reply?

Or are you getting a warning that the site might be an attack site? This article has more information on this feature: How does built-in Phishing and Malware Protection work?

Firefox wouldn't normally need to add a website to trusted sites in case you need to store cookies or other data.

You can inspect and manage permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab via these steps:

  • Click the "Site Identity Button" (globe/padlock) on the location/address bar
  • Click "More Information" to open "Tools > Page Info" with the Security tab selected
  • Go to the Permissions tab (Tools > Page Info > Permissions) to check the permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab

Thanks for support. This site is ok now, there were some difficulties with the site self (technical problems during 2 days).

For the moment, everything is working well on this site.

Greetings from,
