How to find and older version where my favorite addons work!?

I am absolutely fed up with new versions of firefox coming out and making my favorite addons unuseable! It happens way too much! You need to make sure the majority of addons are useable with newer versions or make upgrading to newer versions totally optional and keep older versions functional. I have very few that I find hard to give up but "Session Manager" is just hard to get by without! It should be a regular part/fixture in Firefox editions. Also being able to customize things has just gotten more confusing and less functional than when you first offered the ability to put your icons where-ever you wanted them. Anyway back to the problem I want to use a version of Firefox or Waterfox that is compatible with the Session Manager addon, so where can I go to download an older version of either or both? I like waterfox cause I have a 64 bit system but I don't mind using 32 Firefox either as long as I can use session manager. Some of the other addons that have bitten the dust are the password manager, some weather addons and versions of the adobe player addons that actually don't continually have problems and cause the browser to lock up. It seems the adobe player issue has just continued to be a plague for Firefox as the problems seem to be present in all the latest versions of your 32 bit browser. Between the adobe player problems and now the session manager I've started using IE again. I wish you people would stop self destructing all the great stuff you've done and make your browsers the best again!

Old releases of Firefox are available here: ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/

As far Session Manager goes, if the latest release version doesn;t work for you, have you tried the latest development version from here? https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/session-manager/versions/

For "weather" there is Forcastfox (fix version). https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/forecastfox-fix-version/

How do I install and addon that has the add to Firefox button greyed out?? Can I add session manager even though it says it is incompatible with my version of Firefox? Like is there a manual way to add the addons that by-passes add buttons and would it still be greyed out in the addon section?

Oh and tyvm for your response I'm checking out the older versions and the forecastfox addon
