why does my Firefox randomly open up in spanish some times?

sometimes maybe 2 out of 5 times when i open Firefox it is in Spanish..i have my language set to English so i can't figure this out and Google search brings up post from 2012 that are of no use ..so if anyone has idea's it would help save the last few hairs i got.

Maybe keep an eye on this question with the same issue:

If the language of the user interface changes then this sounds like a problem with the general.useragent.locale pref. Ubuntu might be installing a lot of language packs that you do not need normally and also add a lot of modifications via extensions to Firefox.

Try the version from the official Mozilla server if you currently use a version from the repositories of your Linux distribution. You can find the full version of the current current Firefox release (37.0.1) in all languages and all operating systems here:
