can not browse

That isn't really a comprehensive problem description. Please explain what you're doing, what happens, and what you expect to happen.

Don't really don't know how to explain:

I am trying to browse facebook, hotmail, groupon

Nothing is happening

What I expect is to be able to browse

I can browse using other search engines that is how I am able to ask and answer questions

I am trying to browse facebook

And you're doing what? Enter a URL into the URL bar? Click on a bookmark?

Since I can use other search engines this is not the solution to using Mozilla Firefox. Although I did try it just to make sure. Will use a search engine that works. Thanks anyway nmtt

I do not understand how 'can not browse' is related to 'use other search engines'. You'd need to be more specific about your problem.

Very Very Simple "can not browse" " use other search engines"

MEANS : MOZILLA FIREFOX IS THE SEARCH ENGINES I WANTED TO USE but

CANNOT I CAN use other search engines just NOT FIREFOX

In case it isn't obvious, Firefox is a web browser. You can use different search engines with Firefox, whatever fits your needs. Good luck.

It is possible that your security software (firewall, anti-virus) blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.

Remove all rules for Firefox and the plugin-container from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full, unrestricted, access to install for Firefox and the plugin-container process and the updater process.

You can check if it works when you start Firefox in Safe Mode by holding down the Shift/Options key.
